As the Finance Accounting Tax Manager will report to the CEO.

Your responsible for :

Responsible to Strategically formulate the financial Policy, accounting strategy, and Tax Management within the Organization

responsible for bank reconciliations database, assisting with budget and close processes, conducting internal audits, and accounts payable documentation.

Assisting the CEO as needed and responding to information requests by the board of Advisory, Board of Supervisory/ external Partners for auditing purposes.

Manage management team (Procurement, logistic & legal) other than Finance, Accounting and Tax

Requirements 

Master of Accounting, Financial or Tax related with minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as the Head of finance, accounting and Tax.

Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling and Reporting.

Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using financial management software and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Expert in budget control and forecasting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
