 Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Selo Group located in Lombok. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for supervising front office staff, handling receptionist duties, managing customer service operations, handling reservations, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.

 Qualifications
 
Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Receptionist Duties: Experience in front desk operations and customer service
Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent service to clients
Reservations: Experience in handling bookings and reservations
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
