Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our peaceful paradise at Amanwana. This role focuses on fostering a positive relationship between management and Amansanti by incorporating personal touches that reflect the company's philosophy, vision, and core values. The position supports the Camp Manager and Department Heads in all decision relating to people matters for the luxury hotel property. The role helps to drive organisational performance on the objectives of:

Quality through effective recruitment, development, and engagement of capable and motivated team members 

Performance through robust performance management, reward and recognition 

Compliance through compliant and efficient HR Operations, policies & procedures

Responsibilities

Prepare the hotel HR budget and business plan 

Manage all vacancies and recruitment function, in line with budget requirements, reviewing where necessary in line with operational needs 

Foster a supportive work environment and ensure employee well-being

Oversee recruitment and hiring processes effectively

Design and implement onboarding programs and training initiatives to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company

Responsibilities handling Indonesian permit

Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia

Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work systematically, responsibly, and with excellent organization

Enthusiastic and committed to building strong working relationship at the resort and the local communities

Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Human Resources Manager or similar role in a luxury service environment

Candidate Must be an Indonesian citizen
