💼 ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

📋 Job Description:

• 📑 Prepare, generate, and send invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.

• 📊 Prepare and provide regular reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• 💵 Record payments from local agents and issue temporary receipts.

• 📝 Send cheques received to the general cashier every afternoon after recording them in the payment book.

• 📒 Record payments into the book and clarify which outstanding account they belong to.

• 🗂️ Keep all copies of Debit Notes in the right place.

• 🖨️ Prepare statement accounts (photocopy, supporting documents, etc.).

🎯 Job Requirements:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 🕒 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, especially account receivable.

• 🧠 Proactive and eager to learn.

• ⭐ Experience in the same industry is an advantage.

• 🌐 Adaptive and flexible to changes.
