Some of your duties will include:

Oversaw quality control processes within a retail store. This includes inspecting products, monitoring service standards, and ensuring that products and customer experiences meet the company's quality standards. The role will work closely with store management and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement strategies.
Conduct regular inspections of products on the sales floor and in storage to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and remove defective or damaged products from the sales floor.
Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
Monitor store processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Assess and ensure the quality of customer service provided by store staff.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work with staff to address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality.
Monitoring FEFO and FIFO products, including standard purchase specifications. 
 

What skills and experience do you need?

Tertiary Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field with minimum 7 years’ hands on experience on stock control of the retail product.
Has minimum 4 years’ experience in a quality control role, preferably in a retail environment as Specialist - QC Retail.
Additional certification in quality control or a related field is a plus; Basic understanding of retail operations and product handling is a must.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software would be preferable.
Has strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decision.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and Advanced computer skills;
