AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sale strategies to drive business growth while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and acquire new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and providing excellent customer service
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
Negotiate and close sales deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel as required
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
