Job Overview:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Project Development & IFMS, you will lead and manage the Facilities & Hospitality Services Department, ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional support to User Departments.
Oversee activities including Operations & Capital Projects, Maintenance Planning, Technical Services, Housing & Camp Management, Catering, and Event Organization. Manage Business Partners under the Facilities and Services Department.
Essential Duties:
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization and Business Partners.
Monitor KPI performance and review departmental transactions.
Create strategic business plans for Life of Mine Activities and adjust them as operational needs change.
Establish proactive departmental plans to meet operational needs while adhering to Indonesian standards.
Ensure high-quality service for housing, camps, catering, and event organization, meeting community needs.
Manage site-wide maintenance, technical services, and project planning.
Ensure operational effectiveness of Water and Sewage Treatment plants.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure projects.
Budget & Cost Management:
Oversee annual budgeting processes and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Accountable for purchase approvals and expenditure management.
Conduct monthly reviews of costs and production against budget.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote company methodologies and maintain high-quality standards.
Schedule resources efficiently and oversee development projects.
Encourage innovation and establish continuous improvement systems.
People & Learning:
Develop and manage staff through objective setting, performance management, and training.
Foster team cohesion and ensure staff are skilled through appropriate training and development.
Communication:
Create effective communication tools and processes.
Maintain close communication with senior leadership and internal teams.
Required Skills, Training & Experience:
Education: Degree in Engineering, Hospitality, Facility Management, or Business Management; operational inspector certificate (POM) preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Maintenance Planning and Support Operations Management, with 5-7 years in the Mining Industry.
Skills: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, communication (both Bahasa Indonesia and English), and leadership skills. Must possess a valid SIM A Driving License.
