Qualification:
• Minimum education D3/Equivalent majoring in Business Administration, Management & Tourism is preferred
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Guest House lodging administration
• Full computer knowledge - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Able to work with teams and individuals
• Able to communicate well
• High motivated, high initiative, honesty and conscientiousness
• Presentable and polite
• Able to communicate in English
Basic Duties & Functions:
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors:
• Manage daily sales data - Check In and Check Out
• Manage daily reports on stock taking of incoming and outgoing goods
• Monitor office stock, warehouse stock, and maintain the availability of goods according to minimum standards
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
• Arrange the reception and office space neatly
• Surveying and filling in the daily work of receptionists and housekeeping
