Some of your duties will include:

To provide advanced professional expertise for the operation of the Electro refinery at the smelter complex of Amman Mineral Industri 

To achieve norms of productivity and learn continuously towards improvement of technical competencies and multiskilling.

What skills and experience do you need?

Graduate /Diploma Engineer in Chemical/ Metallurgy/ Process Engineering 

If B.Tech -Minimum 5 years in process plants with at least 2-3 years of experience in leading teams 

If Diploma Eng - Minimum 8 years in process plants with at least 3-5 years of experience in leading teams 

Domain knowledge of electro-refining and electro-winning processes 

Understanding of maintenance practices 

Understanding of quality systems and process control tools 

Planning and organization skills 

Analytical decision making 

Teamwork and collaboration 

Interpersonal effectiveness and Conflict management 

Customer orientation 

Communication & Time management
