Supt. - Electrical - MRSS/ER/PMR/SAP/SCP/ETP PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa Barat NTB

Some of your duties will include:

To oversee electrical maintenance of the Electro Refinery (ER), Precious Metal Refinery (PMR), MRSS and associated infrastructure and equipment in the Smelter complex at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to maximise uptime of the plant and machinery. 

To oversee all statutory compliances and adherence to health, safety, environment norms with respect to electrical maintenance. 

To review, evaluate, analyze daily shift reports to make decisions that satisfy operational, maintenance, safety and engineering guidelines 

To maintain record of electrical maintenance , repair and Inspection services, preparing JHA, SOP’s and propose modification in existing system or propose new system for improving efficiency , safety, quality and cost optimization. 

To prepare annual budget for the assigned areas , reviewing inventory of  spares and  initiating requisitions for spare parts and services.

 

What skills and experience do you need?

Graduate Engineer/Diploma Engineer/Trade certificate in Electrical Engineering 

7-10 years in Electrical maintenance of process plants with at least 3-5 years of experience of leading teams 

Ability for Installation and commissioning of  MV/LV transformers , MV & LV switch gears, ESPs, Servo motors and drives, Variable frequency drives, relay coordination and protection, MV LV motors, PCC and MCC, earthing systems, cranes,HVAC etc. 

Thorough  understanding of Inspection and maintenance of Electrical systems 

Knowledge of electrical safety codes and Standards 

Ability for creative problem solving and troubleshooting.
