SUPT. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE (RMH, SLAG CRUSHING, SLAG) PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa Barat NTB

Some of your duties will include:

To oversee mechanical maintenance of the Raw Material Handling Plant, Slag Crushing & Grinding, Slag Concentrator, Revert Crushing including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Smelter at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to maximise uptime of the plant and machinery. 

To oversee all statutory compliances and adherence to health, safety, environment norms with respect to mechanical maintenance.

To lead the mechanical maintenance team to embed a culture of quality, safety and sustainability by monitoring performance and upgrading skills.

 

What skills and experience do you need?

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or higher in a relevant/Equivalent  field, along with relevant certifications or specialized training

 10-15 years in mechanical maintenance of, Flash smelting, Flash converting and granulation system of copper smelter  process plants or relevant experience in Hot metal process plant with at least  7+ years of experience of leading teams

Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability

Equipment and system expertise

Understanding of Maintenance practices 

Proficiency in Design and engineering

Proficiency in Project management
