Job Descriptions:

Controlling the sales progress, and ensure the company sales target is achieved.

Make sure all processes are in place and provide solution whenever needed by the team.

Doing quantitative control, evaluation, analysis of sales work (number of visitors, transaction volume, transaction conversion ratio, etc.), summary report.

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and external parties.

Monitory team performance in daily basis by updating the sales control situation and quickly formulate and execute action items for improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experiences in the accessories/smartphone industry.

Strong in people management with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to make plans and break down tasks rationally.

Excellent experience in key account management.

Good communication in English, Mandarin is a plus.

Placement: Nusa Tenggara.
