Invest Islands is seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. A graphic designer for a real estate company plays a vital role in crafting visual assets that help attract buyers, build brand identity, and communicate property features effectively. Here’s an outline of responsibilities and requirements typically expected for this role:

Responsibilities:

Design Marketing Materials: Create high-quality brochures, property listing sheets, banners, social media graphics, and email newsletters to showcase properties.

Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain brand identity across all channels, ensuring designs align with the company's branding and aesthetic.

Website & App Graphics: Work with web developers and UI/UX designers to provide visuals for the company's website, app, or digital property showcases.

Property Photography & Editing: Enhance property images, including color correction and retouching, and ensure they are optimized for different platforms.

Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging visual content for social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on property highlights and client testimonials.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with real estate agents, sales teams, and marketing personnel to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

Video Editing & Virtual Tours: Develop video content or animated tours to bring property features to life for potential buyers, especially for luxury properties.

Project Management: Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic or video editing software.

Experience in Real Estate or Similar Fields: Prior experience in real estate or interior design industries is often preferred, as it shows familiarity with the types of visuals that attract potential buyers.

Creativity & Eye for Detail: Strong design sense and an eye for visual details, with the ability to create compelling designs that attract the target audience.

Understanding of Marketing Trends: Knowledge of digital marketing trends, especially in real estate, is a plus.

Photography & Editing Skills: Ability to take, edit, and enhance property photos if required.
