Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality or construction industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws in Indonesia
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
Tasks & responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives. Managing the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and onboarding. Overseeing employee relations, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Implementing performance management systems and coordinating performance reviews. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Managing employee benefits and compensation programs. Providing guidance to management on HR-related matters.
Leading initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
