📈 Oversee the financial reporting, accounting, and tax compliance functions for our PT PMA (Foreign Investment Company) in Indonesia

🗃️ The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, and supporting the financial health and compliance of the organization

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📊 Accounting & Financial Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring timely and compliant recording of all transactions

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and perform variance analysis on financial data...

💵 Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in cash flow reporting

🧾 Tax Compliance & Management

Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns, including PPh (Corporate Income Tax), PPN (VAT), and Withholding Taxes, in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations

🔄 Maintain and update accurate tax records, ensuring all tax payments and filings are made within deadlines

📑 Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian regulatory requirements, including financial reporting to BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board) and other government bodies.

📚 Keep updated on changes in Indonesian accounting standards, tax laws, and PT PMA regulations.
