Invest Islands is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources & General Affairs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR management and general affairs within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and general administrative tasks.

📋 Responsibilities:

🌐 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

👥 Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

🤝 Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

📝 Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

📈 Coordinate employee performance evaluations and guide professional development.

💼 Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate records.

💰 Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

🏢 Manage administrative tasks, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.

🚀 Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

📊 Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.

🎯 Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

📅 Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.

✅ Self-motivated, highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.

🌍 Must be from Lombok or have experience working in Lombok, including the ability to liaise with local communities.

📚 Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.

💬 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

🧩 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

🔐 Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

📍 Placement in Kuta Lombok.
