🔍 Requirements:

📅 Min. 3 years of Managerial experience as HR Manager or 5 years as HR Supervisor is a must.

📜 Good understanding of Indonesia's Labor Law.

🗣️ Have good communication and relationship management skills.

📊 Demonstrable experience with Human Resource metrics and knowledge of HR Systems and databases.

🤝 Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

💻 Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

🛠️ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

🎤 Able to speak in public, with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

🌐 Fluent in English is a must.

⚡ Ready to work ASAP.

📍 Placement in Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization vision and mission.

🏛️ Uphold organization rules for both staff and the organization to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

🌱 Nurture a positive working environment.

📈 Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, onboarding, and offboarding.

🗂️ Make sure HR Administration is being properly managed and applied.

📅 Monthly report on HR Metrics.

💰 Payroll monitoring and reporting.

⚖️ Take disciplinary action as needed.

🤝 Provide support and guidance to the HR Team.

📚 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

📊 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
