Job Description
Visiting stores 5 stores per week / 1- 2 stores per day ( depending on distance )
Briefing internal staff every day in all briefing shift.
Training the Staff at the store ( related customer service if needed )
Regularly briefing (Morning or afternoon briefing)
Greeting and serving the customer during half day at the store
Responsible to checking all the tolls and infrastructure at the store (creating convenience ambience to customers)
Handling complaint at the store ( if any, during visiting the stores )
Creating weekly report
Analyzing customer shopping trend, preferences, and all data, through surveys
Doing a mystery shopper
Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
Min. 5 years experience in retail / customer service / service ambassador / operation / marketing
Willing to work in shifting hours in the stores include Saturday / Sunday
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Customer Service excellence oriented
