About the Company:

RobLawMax is partnered with an international aviation business setting up a brand new airport in Indonesia. Working as a Senior Supervisor Airport Operation - Technical, this role will be managing a diverse team of AME's , LAME's. 

Daily activities will include:

To maintain aircraft integrity and performance, rigorous maintenance protocols are overseen, ensuring the fleet's readiness and safety.

Ensure aircraft maintenance operations are streamlined, minimizing aircraft downtime and ensuring timely readiness for flight schedules.

Determine manpower, parts, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks and ensure they're effectively utilized to meet production targets.

Collaborate with operations to align maintenance schedules with flight operations, ensuring minimal disruption.

Employ advanced diagnostic methods and technologies to identify and address aircraft issues efficiently.

Lead maintenance-related projects, such as fleet upgrades, aircraft overhauls, or integration of new technology systems.

Determine budgetary requirements for projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while aiming for optimal results.

To be successful for the role you will have:

Proven experience in airport technical services or a related field, with a strong understanding of airport systems and equipment.

Have minimum 10 years’ experience as Supervisor with 5 years’ experience in Airport Engineering.

Licensing: Must possess an appropriate AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) license or hold equivalent qualifications that are deemed acceptable by the Director.

Knowledge: Must be well-acquainted with the maintenance sections of the certificate holder’s company operations manual and operations specifications. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about the relevant maintenance provisions of the applicable regulations.
