Structure Engineer PT Tradecorp Indonesia Sumbawa NTB

Responsibilities:

Create detailed structural designs for buildings and other structures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

Utilize engineering software and tools to develop accurate and innovative design solutions.

Collaborate with design teams to integrate structural elements seamlessly into overall project plans.

Perform structural analysis using advanced software to evaluate load-bearing capacities and assess potential vulnerabilities.

Conduct simulations and modeling to predict the behavior of structures under different conditions.

Coordinate and oversee testing procedures, such as material strength tests, to validate design assumptions.

Stay up-to-date with current building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance throughout the design and construction process.

Modify designs as necessary to meet changing code requirements and project specifications.

Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters involved in the design process.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Communicate effectively with clients, presenting design concepts, progress updates, and addressing any concerns or questions.

Understand client needs and preferences to tailor structural solutions that align with project goals.

Propose innovative solutions to overcome obstacles while maintaining safety and quality.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

10 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in a similar role.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Good Communication in English
