Easybook Teknologi Indonesia is currently seeking a Terminal Counter Officer with excellent customer service skill and collaboration with operation team. Terminal Counter Officer will engage directly with customers and business partners on site under the management of the Terminal Supervisor.
The Terminal Counter Officer Has Main Duties Of
Serve the customers, perform ticket purchase transaction, check on passenger ticket when boarding and communicating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Announce schedule to passengers
Advise passengers on trips information including but not limited to schedule, ticket price, departing and arriving points.
Liaise with Easybook engineers at terminal to provide accurate sales data and any other information as requested.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
