AYANA Hospitality is looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will support the Human Resources Manager in all HR-related functions and contribute to creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment, conducting orientation programs, managing employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting a supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Support the execution of performance management processes, including feedback and coaching
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Contribute to compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1 year of experience in assistant human resources manager or 3 years at supervisor level within the hospitality sector (prefer 5-star hotel)
Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and labor laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
