Maintain and implement all HR policies and procedures accurately.
Process and verify payroll submissions to the Head Office (HO) every month, including verification and submission of wages, BPJS Employment and Health registration, allowances, overtime, attendance, and leave according to the established schedule.
Control and update manpower planning and employee database for the site on a weekly basis.
Ensure recruitment needs for new employees at the Staff and Worker levels are met.
Control, evaluate, and renew/terminate employee contracts as necessary.
Ensure the smooth execution of corporate training, new hire induction, and HR HO programs.
Maintain good relationships with local government authorities, security forces, and the surrounding community.
Represent the company in resolving industrial relations issues.
Contribute to the success and sustainability of HR activities and create a positive team work environment at all times.
Ensure timely completion of the annual Performance Appraisal process.
Manage employee accommodations including placement, meeting mess requirements, and overseeing maintenance.
Ensure smooth operation and preparedness of transportation and accommodation scheduling.
Oversee General Affairs including procurement, supervision, budgeting, and cost control for office supplies (e.g., ATK), operational costs, flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and office cleanliness.
Ensure quality of food and vendor performance for catering, and calculate costs related to food requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in the industrial sector is preferred.
Minimum of 4-5 years experience as an HR & GA Supervisor.
Willing to be placed in Sumbawa or relocate according to company needs.
Diligent, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Possesses a firm character, good leadership skills, low profile, and strong work ethics.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
Able to work in a team.
At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company.
Experienced in managing HR operations, General Affairs, Recruitment, and External & Internal Relations.
Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
