JOB DESCRIPTION :
Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Implement HSE programs and ensure employee/contractor participation in their execution on-site.
Supervise the work area to ensure the workforce adheres to safe work procedures.
Monitor and assess the performance of the internal HSE team (Safety Man / Assistant HSE) and HSE contractors, and prepare periodic reports on achievements and challenges faced.
Report safety issues to the HSE Coordinator to ensure corrective actions are taken effectively.
Identify potential hazards in the work area and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct awareness sessions on the importance of safety and the use of safety signs for all employees.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications: AK3U Kemnaker R.I, etc
1-2 years of experience at related field.
Proficient in MS Office.
Having knowledge SHE Management System.
Possesses Excellent Communication.
