The HSE Officer will support the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental practices across day to day hospitality operations. This role is essential in minimizing operational risks, ensuring compliance among employees and contractors, maintaining safety readiness, and strengthening overall safety culture across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure proper execution across operational areas.

Conduct routine inspections, walkthroughs, and hazard identification in various work areas.

Perform basic risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective measures.

Monitor safety compliance among employees, contractors, and vendors

Support the delivery of basic HSE training, including emergency response, fire safety, and PPE usage.

Collect and document incident reports, assist in preliminary root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.

Check and ensure the readiness of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, first aid kits, muster points) and coordinate necessary maintenance.

Assist in internal HSE audits and support the completion of corrective actions.

Support emergency drills and contribute to guest safety coordination in line with hospitality standards.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Health, Safety & Environment, preferably within hospitality, tourism operations, theme parks, resorts, or construction supporting hospitality environments.

Solid knowledge of HSE standards, hospitality operational safety, and emergency response practices.

AK3U Certification is mandatory.

Hospitality relevant safety certification will be highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and propose practical solutions.

Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and influence employees and contractors.

Willing to be placed in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
