Job Descriptions:

The Occupational Health Physician (OH Physician) is primarily responsible for assessing occupational health risks and advising on risk control measures and strategy, including workplace visits. The OH Physician will assess employee medical suitability (fitness) and functional capability for work and identify all hazardous exposures for each activity, including any old or new projects. The OH Physician will develop Policies & Procedures and manage data appropriately. They will decide on applications of health screening, assessment, and early intervention for targeted and high-risk employee/client groups.

Job Qualifications:

- Physician with at least 3 years of post-graduation experience in general medicine or currently studying towards a certificate/diploma/MKK in occupational medicine (excluding internship).

- Master in Occupational Health (MKK) is preferred

- Possesses associate membership in a professional body such as the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.

- Experience in managing occupational health and industrial hygiene programs in industry (preferably the Mining Industry), including implementing Health Surveillance programs.

- HIPERKES certified.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Administrative experience; familiar with MS Office.

- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.

- Willing to be stationed in the Sumbawa area.
