Roles Description:
As Reservations & Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, promoting resort offerings, maintaining accurate booking records, and resolving any guest inquiries or issues to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements:
Holds a diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a Reservations/Front Office/Revenue or Sales department.
Well-developed computer skills particularly in hotel & reservations management systems.
Accuracy in managing bookings and guest information.
Proficient in English is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication for effective guest interactions.
Understands and respects local culture, able to adapt to changing environment.
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
