Organize administration as part of the process of improving & maintaining our Mining Equipment product in the AMNT Project area. We are looking for you as:

 

Your responsibilities

Create and monitoring employees mine permit

Responsible to Arrange training & induction

Responsible for the administration poroces at Site (create timesheet, exit permit report, annual leave request, sick leter report, etc).

Responsible and organize employees traveling (create travel request form, request flight ticket, booking hotel, etc).

Monitoring and update the ID Badge of Liebherr employees working at the Customer area

Responsible for monthly report (Manpower & Manhours).

Monitoring & crosscheck counter reading, Work Order, and downtime from KPI Dashboard.

Responsible to Create internal purchase request, work order

Input planning board.

Crosscheck debit note for customer.

Your qualifications

Education minimal S1.

Minimal 1 year experience in the same field.

English verbal and written communication skill.

Manual dexterity required for operating computers.

Knowledge, Personal Attributes and Skills Required.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.

High standard of personal work ethic.

Reliable & Punctual.

Ensure that all the company safety environment procedures are implemented and followed.
