The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the Beneficiaries, the Stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company. 

 

Responsibilities

Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together

Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction

Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

Drive Indonesian made public health innovation for local and national with global relevance.

Dare to take lead as a the women led local organization

Dare to create something that hasn't exist in the world of public health

Qualifications

Master degree or equivalent experience in public health specialize in maternal and child sector 

10+ years' experience in NGO/ Non Profit Organizations 

Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills

Good Interpersonal Skills to connect with various organization

Ever publish a publication in a Q1 international Journal.

Has the experience in leading a Non Profit Organization for at least 5 years.

Good knowledge and skill in Proposal Creation.
