About the role
As a Contract Administrator - EPC at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, you will play a key role in managing and administering complex construction contracts for the company's major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. This is a full-time position based in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating EPC contracts to ensure they align with business requirements and legal standards
Monitoring contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all contracts, including change orders and variations
Providing regular reports and updates on contract status to key stakeholders
Collaborating cross-functionally with project managers, procurement, and legal teams to ensure successful contract delivery
Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract administration best practices
What we're looking for
8+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts, including EPC, and relevant laws and regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in contract review, drafting, and administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
