QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in leadership are a plus.
• Key Skills:
1. Leadership and decision-making abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
4. Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Indonesian, and other languages is valued.
• Appearance: Professional demeanor suited to a luxury environment.
