Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle all reservation inquiries promptly and professionally.

💻 Utilize VHP Hotel Program to manage bookings.

📂 Maintain an organized record of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

🔑 Proficiency in VHP Hotel Program is required.

🗣️ Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.

🔍 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

🎯 Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

🙂 A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

🏨 Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
