About the role

Join PT Bengawan Nisa Agra' as a full-time Medical Representative based in Central Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's healthcare products and services to orthopaedics proffesionals and hospital in the region. Your success in this position will be crucial to the growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, such as orthopaedic doctors and hospital management team

Presenting the company's product portfolio and highlighting the unique benefits to potential customers

Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Providing ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are maximising the use of our products and services

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a Medical Representative or similar sales role within the healthcare industry for minimum 6 months

Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including the needs and challenges faced by medical professionals and institutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer objections and close sales

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets

Bachelor's degree in any field are welcomed

Applicants willing to live in Lombok (mataram) and own a motorcycle

Applicants must be 35 years old or younger
