WATER ANALYST PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa Barat NTB

Key Accountabilities:

Perform various sampling including conduct field data verification and missing data investigation for water (ground water, surface water, discharge water)

Perform calibration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on surveys, monitoring and sampling equipment’s (mechanical, electric/digital, hardware, software)

Perform laboratory analysis, including operates verification and maintain laboratory instruments.

Collect and analyze water samples from various sources.

Conduct field inspections and site assessments.

Monitor water quality levels and report findings.

Identify and track contaminants in water supplies.

Develop and implement water treatment and management plans.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal water quality regulations.

Perform various duties under limited supervision and temporarily assigned to supervisory position during the absence of supervisor/specialist.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.

Minimum 5 years' experience similar role as Water Analyst and has extensive experiences in facilities and services area in mining.

Has experience for sampling preparation and testing of samples for users, manual sampling of water at the site every day.

Have Water Sampling Officer Certification/ Sertifikasi Petugas Pengambil Contoh Uji Air (PCUA) in accordance with level of position.

Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) and water analysis software.

Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct fieldwork.

Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals;

Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
