The candidates must be familiar with following areas in maintenance department; 

Flash smelting furnace, Flash converting furnace (FSF+FCF)

Slag Concentrator

PMR & Refinery Area (Precious Material Refinery)

SAP/GCP (Sulfuric Acid Plant / Gas Cleaning Plant)

Preferred Skills & Job Profile

Experience in a maintenance of large Processing Plant. Smelter Experience preferred.

We have an urgent opening for a Senior Engineer Area In-charge with our partner firm company in Indonesia. 

Required -

Qualification:: Diploma Holder with 12 Years Experience 

 BE Mechanical with 8 Years Experience  

Designation: Senior Engineer-Area In charge

Client Name :: AMMAN MINERAL INDUSTRY

Job Location :: Sumbawa Island - Indonesia

Duty Hours :: 12 hours ( No Overtime for Staff)

Salary:: Depends on the last package 

Previous Experience:: Knowledge of Smelter & Metals like Copper, Zinc, Aluminum, Iron, Gold, Silver 

1. Job Description:

 

 Plan & Maintain Day to day Maintenance Schedules and Ensure Schedules are met as per Targeted time.

Ensure smooth Maintenance activities.

Responsible for Generating Maintenance Reports as per schedule.

Assist Site Manager in implementing HSE practice of Contractor.

Maintaining a harmonious working environment and motivating / maintaining the complete team

To raise indents for necessary spares with proper technical specifications

Help in energy conservation. 

 

 Project Scope : 

•The project involves mechanical maintenance activities of 900 KTPA Copper Smelting and Refining plant.

•The major units and equipment of plant are Concentrate storage, Raw material handling, Flash smelting furnace, Flash converting furnace, Matte granulation, Slag granulation, Matte griding, matter storage, Slag crushing-Grinding, Slag Concentrator, Anode furnace, Anode casting, Sulfuric acid plant, Electrolytic refinery, Precious metal recovery, air separation unit, Sea water intake, Waste water treatment and Effluent treatment processes Plant etc.

•The major equipment are , Gantry scrapper, Crusher Apron feeders, Conveyor Belts & their accessories, Steam dryer, Drag chain conveyor, Flash smelting furnace ,Flash converting furnace, slag dragger, Waste heat recovery boiler, Super heater, Steam turbine generator, Electro static precipitator, Wet ESP, Gas cleaning plant, Mercury removal system, Anode furnace ,Anode cater ,EOT crane, Cooling tower, Heat exchanger, Blower, Pumps, Compressor, SAG Mills, Air to air heat exchanger, Bag filter , Pneumatic conveying system, Ball Mill, Diaphragm pump, agitator, Anode preparation machine, Cathode stripping machine, Polymer concrete cell, Acid Pump, Anti acid pump, SO2 Blower, Hydraulic system, Robotics equipment, Filter press, Air-Oxygen compressors, Root Blowers, Fans, Tanks & Agitators, Gear Boxes, Plate Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers & related equipment, cold Box, LIN tank, LOX tank, Cryogenic pump, Evaporator, wash water tower, Cold box ,LOX vaporizer , LIN Vaporizer, Chemical injection and dosing system, Firefighting equipment, Forklifts, Overhead cranes, different type of Material Handling Equipment, Heavy earth moving machinery ,ladle hauler, slag ladle, Different size and types of damper, Valves, Pipelines of different sizes etc.

Additional Notes: 

Family accommodation is not applicable under any circumstances.

No additional allowances will be provided apart from the salary.

You will be eligible for one month of leave to travel to India only after completing 12 months of services on site.

Domestic travel expenses (home to Mumbai) must be arranged by the candidate.

Expenses for pre-employment medical checkups will not be reimbursed.

International flight tickets and visa processing will be arranged by the company.
