This postion will be responsible to manage sales team of consumer goods product in area Nusa Tenggara (NTB & NTT):

Sales achievement in all channel GT and MT

Supervise sales team member, giving mentoring & coaching

Analyze report and set strategy to achieve target

Managing budget, distribution, and program implementation

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any major

Able to manage sales team distributor

At least 8 years experiences Sales from consumer goods industry

Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates

Experiences manage sales in NTB & NTT region is a must

Willing to travel as coverage territory
