Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (in General Trade & Modern Trade Independent)
Experienced in handling distributors, agents, and resellers
Have background experience in personal care and skincare
Have handled General Trade channels in the placements area


Responsibilities:

Building team and distribution network in the area
Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales targets
Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base
