📋 Job Descriptions:

💼 Direct all sales and marketing initiatives in the branch.

📊 Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

🏷️ Analyze competitors’ pricing and sales initiatives.

🎯 Achieve goals and metrics (e.g., NPS, improve grades).

🤝 Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales.

🛠️ Manage facilities and operational aspects, including product distribution (e.g., modules, merchandise, app access).

😊 Enhance customer experience (end-to-end customer journey).

👥 Coordinate and manage branch staff (e.g., admin, teachers, security, office boy).

📱 Work with the Product Team on application-related matters.

📚 Oversee academic processes (e.g., scheduling, quality control, pedagogy, class ratings).

✅ Job Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree from any major (reputable university preferred).

👩‍💼 1-3 years’ leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations (preferably in educational and/or start-up companies).

🗣️ Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

🔍 Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Proficient in people management.

📘 Knowledge or experience in K-12 education (SD, SMP, SMA grades) is a plus.
