Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and coordinate the construction processes to ensure completion on time, budget and specification.
Manage available resources for construction projects.
Coordinate across departments for seamless execution of infrastructure and building projects.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Ensure all construction documents are thoroughly in place pre-work and post-work.
Review progress reports submitted by contractors and daily reports submitted by Supervisors.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Resolve any situations that arise during the construction process.
 

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience managing infrastructure and building projects as a CM and minimum 10 years of overall experience in the construction industry.
Having worked in both contractor and owner companies would be advantageous.
Familiarity with resort or hospitality developments is advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and budgeting.
Proficiency in construction-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
Knowledge of tender and procurement processes.
Personal Qualities

Leadership and decision-making skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, problem-solving and adaptability under pressure.
