Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gili Trawangan for a Corporate DOSM/ADOSM at Ombak Group. The role involves overseeing corporate sales and marketing operations, developing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring the hotel's business growth and success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and marketing management within the hospitality industry

Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and competitor analysis

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service best practices
