 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Raja Hotel Kuta Mandalika in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online sales and improving the customer experience on the hotel's e-commerce platforms.

 Qualifications

 

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
