Jr. Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa Barat NTB

Role Responsibility: 

To maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical equipment of Elector refinery plant as per allocation responsibility from manager of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia to maximize uptime of the plant and machinery Involve planning, Execution and supervision of preventive, predictive and correction maintenance on day-to-day basis, involve the shop floor work, co-ordinate the cross-function department, Annual Maintenance contractor, maintain equipment history on regular basis,

 Review the spare and inventory on regular basis for plant operation, 

To monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety, and environment norms.

Requirement: 

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or higher in a relevant equivalent field, along with relevant certifications or specialized training.

Experienced in maintenance related work, well knowing about mechanical equipment like pump, compressor, overhead crane, blower and cooling tower, furnaces

Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability

Equipment and system expertise

Proficiency in Design and engineering

Proficiency in Project management
