Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Having design and calculations skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings

Proficient with design/drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc) & Ms. Office

Minimum 3 years experience in related field

Excellent team work and communication skill

Applicants with certificate of experience (SKA) in  relevant field will be prioritized

 

Job Description:

Designing and calculating MEP system in  a project

Coordinate and review design from consultant

Collaborate with architect, civil engineers, and other design teams to ensure the MEP system meets functional and aesthetic requirements

Select appropriate materials and equipment based on functionality, cost, durability, and aesthetics

Assess the environmental impact of chosen materials and apply sustainable design principle where possible

Prepare technical documents such as technical drawings and construction guidelines for the construction team
