Reporting to the Senior Projects and Operations Manager, this QC Inspector role at PT. RINJANI BAY DEVELOPMENTS will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all construction projects. Based in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara, you will play a crucial part in upholding the company's high standards and contributing to the successful delivery of their construction initiatives.

Job Responsibilities :

Conducting regular site inspections to monitor and document the quality of workmanship, materials, and overall construction progress

Reviewing project plans, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure adherence to established quality standards

Identifying and reporting any non-conformances or defects, and working with the construction team to implement corrective actions

Maintaining detailed quality control records, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation

Collaborating with Senior Projects and Operations Manager, Contruction Manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues

Providing training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control procedures and best practices

Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control systems and procedures

 

Job Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QC Inspector role within the construction industry

Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledge of construction quality standards and testing methods.

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes

Proficient in documentation, reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, contract documents and reporting tools

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and reporting skills

Relevant certifications or training in quality control, would be an advantage
