SPECIALIST/ OFFICER – AIRPORT AVIATION SECURITY/ AVSEC PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa Barat NTB

Some of your duties will include:

Capable of ensuring the safety of the airport area and identify potential security threats.

Conduct regular patrols of the airport premises, including terminals, runways, and restricted areas, to detect and prevent security breaches.

Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. 

Manage and monitor access control systems to ensure that only authorized personnel enter restricted areas

Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor airport activities and report suspicious behavior or security concerns.

Able to operate x-rays

Ensure adherence to all aviation security regulations, guidelines, and standards set by relevant authorities.

Maintain accurate records of security incidents, inspections, and patrols, and prepare reports as required.

What skills and experience do you need?

Graduate from Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.

Have a safety awareness certificate. 

Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or similar role within the airport operations industry, with at least as an Airport Security for 5 years (Officer level) and 8-10 years (Specialist level) is a must. 

Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
