Some of your duties will include:

Day-to-Day Operations:

Supervising daily operations of aviation and boat to ensure smooth functioning.

Ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Overseeing maintenance and repair of all aviation and boat equipment.

Coordinating with staff and managing schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Technical:

Understanding and implementing technical aspects of aviation and boat operations.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment in the field.

Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

Implementing technical safety measures and conducting regular safety checks.

Project Management:

Planning and executing projects related to aviation and boat operations.

Coordinating with various stakeholders, including staff, management, and external vendors.

Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Evaluating project outcomes and implementing improvements based on feedback.

What skills and experience do you need?

Graduate From Polytechnique Aviation with 15+ year experience in Aviation Industry and at least 5 years in Managerial role

Completed a formal training course in: Safety Management System or CASO (Civil Aviation Safety Officer) Training.

Safety Management System or CASO (Civil Aviation Safety Officer) Training. 

Human Factors: to understand the role of human behaviour and its impact on safety in aviation. 

Accident Investigation: to lead or assist in investigations should any accidents or incidents occur, and can derive lessons and preventive measures from these incidents.

Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor: A certification or training as a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is crucial. 

Risk Management: to identify, assess, and prioritize risks.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of the certificate holder’s Airport Operator Certificate, operational specifications, and the company's operations and technical manuals.

Flight operational experience.

Interpersonal & Management skill.

Analytical and problem-solving skill.

Understanding of the human factor and People Skill.

Good English both speaking and writing capability is required.
