Some of your duties will include:

To manage both International and Indonesian vendor databases including procurement & services, vendor compliance aspects in accordance with company policies and procedures, Indonesian Law and ensuring a high level of support service to user departments applying an ethical, efficient for every requirement at each stage of the process.
To ensure that all ERP transactions, Contractor Equipment and Fuel Access requests, Contractor Performance Review, and CR transactions approval are fulfilled the approval requirements from respective listed managers and up to directors.
Provide interdepartmental support and expertise in reporting/dashboard and Supply Chain Business Process
To ensure that the reconciliation process of Consignment/VHS invoices is accountable and processed through proper way.
To ensure that Service Entry Sheet and Payment Claim of PO Services are accountable and processed through proper way.
To ensure of onboarding vendors are processed in proper way in accordance with company procedures
Responsibility for Ariba enablement and monitoring Ariba transactions especially for Commerce Automation, Sourcing projects, Supplier Life Cycle Performance to ensure no delay on bidding process due to pending action on buyer and vendor side


What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Supply chain or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in Business Process/ Business Analyst/ System Analyst of Procurement/ SCM and have exposure in Information Technology (have proven expertise in SAP, Project Management and Data Analyst Software) with a minimum 5 years working in a managerial position as a Superintendent/ Assistant Manager SCM Business Process;
Possess leadership traits and ability to managing the team; well-developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective systems and processes; strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills; sound business sense and ability to design, plan/ goal - setting, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted time frame; 
Ability to develop the Standard Operating Procedures; Advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail; Good knowledge and initiative in the business process of supply chain; Good in presentation skills;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (Have experienced as SAP user – SAP Material Management & Ariba) ; Familiarity with Project Management software such as Ms Project and Ms Visio and Power BI; Able to compare aging reports with any budget projections)
