The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. 

they should have a strong understanding of all project phases, from design to execution, and ensure smooth coordination between office and field teams.

 

Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.

Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Oversee project progress and provide technical guidance.

Utilize software tools for architectural design and technical drawings.

Participate in project meetings and present designs and plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

2-4 years of experience in architectural design and technical drawing.

Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp and other design tools. 

Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.

Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

STRA certificate is optional but preferred.

Willingness to relocate and work in Lombok, Indonesia.
