Position: Community Relations / Community Executive (Luxury Villa)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Relations / Community Executive to foster strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and organizations. This role will focus on implementing community engagement initiatives, supporting corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, and collaborating closely with Selo Footprints Foundation to drive sustainable community development efforts. Additionally, the role involves enhancing the luxury villa’s reputation by ensuring seamless communication and engagement with guests, local businesses, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between the company and the local community, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
Organize community meetings, workshops, and events to enhance engagement and address concerns.
Establish partnerships with local artisans, businesses, and cultural organizations to enhance guest experiences.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Selo Footprints Collaboration:

Work closely with Selo Footprints Foundation to plan and execute CSR initiatives that align with the company’s sustainability goals.
Coordinate projects such as education, environmental conservation, and community development programs.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring they create meaningful benefits for the community.
Develop programs that allow guests to participate in community engagement activities, enhancing their connection to the local culture.
Guest & Partner Relations:

Serve as a key point of contact for guests interested in community engagement and cultural experiences.
Collaborate with the villa management team to incorporate local cultural elements into guest services.
Facilitate partnerships with tour operators, local guides, and businesses to enhance guest experiences.
Address guest inquiries related to community initiatives and provide recommendations on responsible tourism.
Project Coordination & Support:

Assist in planning and implementing community development projects, including infrastructure support, education programs, and sustainability efforts.
Work with internal teams to align community projects with company objectives.
Ensure all community-related initiatives comply with local regulations and company policies.
Public Relations & Communication:

Represent the company in community-related forums, discussions, and negotiations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on community relations activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community projects and share success stories.
Develop storytelling content that showcases community involvement and local cultural highlights.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in community relations, CSR, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury tourism industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Passion for social impact, community development, and responsible tourism.
