Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Lombok for a Floor Manager at Knalpot Lombok. The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing excellent customer service, managing operations, and conducting training for staff.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills

Operations Management and Training skills

Experience in a similar role

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is a plus
