 Role Description

 

This is an internship on-site role as a Front Desk Agent at The Chandi Boutique Resort & SPA located in Lombok. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication.

 Qualifications

 

Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills

Experience in handling reservations and strong communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

Previous experience in hospitality industry is beneficial

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
